Rates are consistent with the fee schedule set by the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors www.bc-counsellors.org as of 2024. Rates are subject to change with 30 days notice.

*** As of Dec. 20, 2024, GST will be removed from all services, as per a recent CRA ruling. 

Fees are to be paid in full at the end of each appointment, unless alternate payment arrangements have been made. Credit card, through the Jane Clinic Management program , is the preferred method of payment.

Reimbursements: Many extended health plans cover the cost of counselling provided by a Registered Clinical Counsellor or a CCC. Please contact your plan administrator for more information.

Cancelled/ Missed Appointments: A full session charge will be incurred for any appointments missed or cancelled within a 24 hour period. To avoid this charge, a 24 hour cancellation/reschedule notice is recommended.
