Rates are consistent with the fee schedule set by the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors www.bc-counsellors.org as of June 2008. Rates are subject to change with 30 days notice.

AS OF APRIL 1, 2021 RATES HAVE INCREASED (New rates appear below)
*** As of Dec. 20, 2024, GST will be removed from all services, as per a recent CRA ruling. However, since there has not been a rate increase since 2021, the hourly rate will remain the same.

Fees are to be paid in full at the end of each appointment, unless alternate payment arrangements have been made. E-transfer and credit card, through either the Jane Clinic Management program or Square, are preferred methods of payment.

Reimbursements: Many extended health plans cover the cost of counselling provided by a Registered Clinical Counsellor or a CCC. Please contact your plan administrator for more information.

Cancelled/ Missed Appointments: A full session charge will be incurred for any appointments missed or cancelled within a 24 hour period. To avoid this charge, a 24 hour cancellation/reschedule notice is recommended.
